Available Positions

Seeking an experienced customer service representative with at least 1 year of previous experience to handle communications for our growing property management company. Looking to hire part-time, approximately 20-30 hours a week. Hourly pay is based on experience and work hours are flexible to accommodate your schedule.
 
RentSpace Management is a growing property management company serving Central Texas. The company plans to continue expanding and is seeking a passionate customer service representative to join our team!
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the President of RentSpace Management with needed tasks
  • Generate and analyze monthly reports
  • Communicate with leasing agents and tenants
  • Coordinate scheduling of contractors as needed
  • Review leases and contracts for accuracy
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office
  • Maintain ingoing and outgoing mailing and shipping
  • Perform other general office duties as needed
 
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus
 
Job Type: Part-time
